Cupping Massage

Cupping is an ancient practice that originated independently in Asian, Middle Eastern, and European healing traditions. It works by creating gentle suction on the skin, which lifts the underlying tissues. Many people notice a feeling of lightness and openness in the areas treated.

Cupping is great for everyone! It is especially helpful for athletes, those with repetitive motion injuries, or anyone with fascia restrictions.

Scar Work

Scar tissue can feel tight and uncomfortable. My targeted approach works on the skin, underlying fascia, and surrounding muscular systems. This highly specific work can support healing, improve movement, and help you feel more comfortable in your body.

It’s not unusual for scars to be connected to difficult memories or emotions. Whether your scar is from an accident, surgery, self-harm, or injections, your body and your scar will always be treated with care and respect.
