Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50–100% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will shorten your session to keep the next appointment on time. The full session fee still applies. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you enjoy your full table time.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell (fever, contagious illness, recent injury), please reschedule. Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of illness or injury. Always inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health before your session.

Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due (plus a 20% gratuity), and permanent refusal of future services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.

Minors

Clients must be 18 or older to book an appointment.
