Cupping Massage

Cupping is an ancient practice that originated independently in Asian, Middle Eastern, and European healing traditions. It works by creating gentle suction on the skin, which lifts the underlying tissues. Many people notice a feeling of lightness and openness in the areas treated.

Cupping is great for everyone! It is especially helpful for athletes, those with repetitive motion injuries, or anyone with fascia restrictions.

Scar Tissue Massage

Scar tissue massage is a budding field! Scar tissue can feel tight and uncomfortable. My targeted approach works on the skin, underlying fascia, and surrounding muscular systems. This highly specific work can support healing, improve movement, and help you feel comfortable in your body.

It’s not unusual for scars to be connected to difficult memories or emotions. Whether your scar is from an accident, surgery, trauma, self-harm, or injections, your body and your scar will always be treated with care and respect.

Ashiatsu (coming soon)

Ashiatsu is a slow, flowing style of massage using the feet, supported by overhead bars, to apply broad and even pressure. Rooted in traditional barefoot massage practices from Japan and other parts of Asia, it emphasizes balance, rhythm, and body weight. This style is ideal for people who enjoy deep, steady work, a slower pace, and sustained pressure that leaves the body feeling lighter, longer, and deeply relaxed.
